Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to traditional African recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and desserts in a timely manner
- Decorate and present finished products with creativity and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and baking equipment
- Ensure quality control by inspecting ingredients and finished products for freshness, taste, and appearance
- Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional baker, preferably with experience in African cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional African baking techniques
