We are a landscaping company based in Eldoret, seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces. This includes planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and mowing lawns. You must have knowledge of different plants and their care requirements, as well as experience using gardening tools and equipment.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener
- Knowledge of different plants and their care requirements
- Experience using gardening tools and equipment
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and tidy garden
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and mowing lawns
- Weed control and pest management
- Maintaining garden structures such as fences, paths, and walls
- Keeping garden equipment clean and in good working condition
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
