Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Manage and maintain hardware and software systems
- Oversee network infrastructure and security protocols
- Provide technical support to employees on all IT-related issues
- Manage budget and expenses for IT department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
