Indian Sales Manager in Al-Khor, Qatar
We are currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving business growth in our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and training to improve their performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and create reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Biometric passport is mandatory for visa processing
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al-Khor or willing to relocate without company-provided accommodation
