Architectural Designer (Nepali)


As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and practical design solutions for our clients in the city of Sheduva. You will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to develop plans, designs, and construction documents for a variety of projects. This position is open to Nepali nationals who have a passion for design and a strong understanding of architectural principles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts that meet client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards
- Prepare presentations to communicate design ideas to clients
- Work with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong creative and technical skills
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on qualifications and experience.
