Architectural Designer - Sheduva, Lithuania

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects. You will work closely with clients and project managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality designs that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and practical architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
