Indian Sales Manager in Kaunas
A dynamic and driven Indian Sales Manager is needed to join our growing team in Kaunas. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and achieving targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through regular communication
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel when required
