We are seeking a skilled and motivated Entry-level Turner to join our manufacturing team in Los Angeles. As an Entry-level Turner, you will work alongside experienced professionals to produce high-quality components using lathes, drills, and other turning equipment. This position requires no previous experience, making it ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate turning machines to produce components according to specifications
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move objects up to 50 pounds
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
