Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eschen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and staff management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Proficient in English (German is a plus)
- Must have valid work permit for Eschen
