Land Surveyor

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. They will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and creating detailed reports and maps. The Land Surveyor must have a thorough understanding of land surveying techniques and equipment, as well as knowledge of local laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on various types of land, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, laser scanners, and drones to collect accurate data.
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports and maps.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations during surveying projects.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers or architects, to ensure accurate results.
- Keep track of equipment maintenance schedules and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology related to land surveying.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail is crucial for this role.
- Proficiency in using specialized software for data analysis.

We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1800 per month for this role. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-town candidates if required.
