Tiler Foreman

As a Tiler Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing tiling projects in the city of Karachi. You will work closely with a team of skilled tilers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize tiling projects, including determining material and labor requirements
- Supervise a team of tilers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with safety standards
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment and order supplies as needed
- Train new tilers on techniques and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in tiling or related field is preferred but not required
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale projects
