Tiler (Contract) - Karachi, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team on a contract basis in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing tiles on various surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings. This role requires attention to detail, physical strength and stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to determine layout of tiles
- Cut and shape tiles using hand tools or tile cutters
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and leveling them
- Mix and apply grout or other adhesives to secure tiles in place
- Align tiles with guidelines and create uniform spacing between them
- Remove excess grout or adhesives using appropriate tools
- Install edge strips or corner pieces as needed
- Ensure all tiles are level and evenly spaced
- Make adjustments as needed to ensure a smooth finish

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Knowledge of various tiling materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and alignment
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prioritization skills to complete projects within given deadlines
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
