Part-Time Barista in Lahore, Pakistan


We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Barista to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with speed, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare various types of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Ensure quality control by monitoring the brewing process and maintaining consistent standards
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, equipment, and floors
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure availability of products
- Follow health code guidelines for safe food handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items or making recommendations based on customer preferences

Requirements:
- Must have legal authorization to work in Pakistan (visa sponsorship available)
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food/beverage industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position will be 900$ per month.
