Barista in Lahore (Contract Position)


A reputable coffee shop in Lahore is looking for a talented and experienced Barista to join our team on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, as well as other menu items. Your passion for coffee and customer service will ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure quality control by following the correct recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment, counters, tables, and seating areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee blends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Benefits:
As a contract employee, you will receive a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. This position does not include accommodation but we are able to offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
