Job Title: Waiter/Waitress


We are a busy restaurant located in the vibrant city of Braga, and we are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Respond to guest inquiries and make menu recommendations
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned efficiently
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Must have own visa or legal authorization to work in Portugal
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
