Sales Manager - Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Pakistani market. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize their potential
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of the Pakistani market is preferred
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
