Experienced Barista in Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards for beverage preparation.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers.
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory.
- Train new baristas on beverage preparation techniques.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Must have good time management skills.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.

Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
