Barista for Busy Coffee Shop in Medina



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our busy coffee shop located in the bustling city of Medina. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, has excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Restock supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
