Construction Manager


We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Ar-Ruwais. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
