Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating all resources necessary to complete the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Developing project plans and schedules, ensuring they are realistic and achievable
- Managing project budgets and ensuring that costs are kept within budget
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Overseeing the procurement process for materials and equipment needed for the project
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards on the construction site
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including cost tracking and documentation of any changes or delays
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identifying potential risks or challenges that may impact the project timeline or budget and developing solutions to mitigate them.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in construction management. Strong leadership skills are essential as you will be managing a team of contractors and subcontractors. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask are also crucial for success in this role.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodations will be provided for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is required for this position.
