We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team in Ar-Ruwais, Canada. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, with strong leadership and communication skills. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the desired quality.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules and ensure they are adhered to
- Manage project budgets and ensure all expenditures are within budget limits
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and other parties involved in the project
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Proven track record in managing successful construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
