Industrial Architect

Our growing architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Remish. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and other industrial structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings and blueprints, and overseeing the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget constraints, and timelines
- Develop design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic needs of the client
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the approved plans
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or site conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in Africa or other developing countries
- Fluency in English (French or Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
