Fitter

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing various mechanical systems and equipment. This job requires a high level of technical knowledge and precision, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and repair mechanical systems and equipment according to technical drawings
- Inspect and test completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be an advantage)

Preferred:
- Experience working on shipbuilding or industrial projects
- Previous experience working with foreigners or Indian nationals would be an advantage

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian nationals or foreigners with good English language skills. This is a contract job without the requirement for previous experience. Candidates with their own visa will also be considered.
