Administrator - Chelyabinsk, India
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team in Chelyabinsk, India. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and previous administrative experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office activities such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and arranging meetings
- Respond to phone calls and emails from clients or customers
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and transactions
- Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative role required
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
