Network and Systems Administrator

The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure of our company. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with network administration, server management, and security protocols. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems (servers, desktops, laptops)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Ensure data backup procedures are in place
- Implement security protocols to protect company data
- Maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Keep inventory of all equipment and software licenses
- Perform regular system updates and upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in network administration or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with security protocols (firewalls, encryption)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1300$ per month
