IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Acre. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. You will also assist with the setup and maintenance of computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to computer system users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain computer networks, including security updates and backups
- Train users on new systems or software
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions
- Document technical processes and procedures
- Communicate with vendors for support or replacement of faulty equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre, Israel

Preference for Indian candidates with English language proficiency. Accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship available.
