As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone calls. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. You must have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to navigate various computer systems.

Key Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient with computers and technology

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions

Location:
This position is based in Beer-Sheva, Israel. However, we welcome applicants of Indian nationality who are fluent in English.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
