Preservation Architect

A reputable architectural firm in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city. This is a perfect opportunity for an Indian national who is looking to work in Jerusalem without the need for English language proficiency or prior experience. The salary for this position is competitive at 1300$ per month, and we also provide free visa and ticket for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on historical buildings and structures in Jerusalem
- Assessing the condition of these buildings and identifying areas that need preservation or restoration
- Developing plans and designs for preserving or restoring these buildings while maintaining their historical integrity
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of preservation projects
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with preservation plans
- Conducting regular inspections of completed projects to ensure they meet preservation standards
- Maintaining accurate records of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Preservation Architect or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history, building materials, construction techniques, and preservation standards
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
