Biometric Passport Application Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Biometric Passport Application Assistant to join our team in Ashdod. As a Biometric Passport Application Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the application process for biometric passports. This role requires strong customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Nepali language.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with biometric passport application process
- Provide accurate information and guidance on required documents and fees
- Verify customer information and ensure all forms are properly completed
- Collect biometric data such as fingerprints and photographs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information
- Keep track of application progress and follow up with customers when necessary

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language, both written and spoken
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately verify information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills for data entry purposes
