English Tutor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Herzliya. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring to students of various ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Responsibilities:
- Individualize lesson plans based on each student's needs and goals
- Create engaging and interactive learning activities to enhance student comprehension
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Prepare students for exams or standardized tests
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to develop effective teaching strategies
- Stay updated on current language learning trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Excellent command of the English language (native speakers preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to meet individual needs
- Knowledge of teaching methods and techniques for non-native speakers
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
- Own visa or valid work permit in Israel
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
