Industrial Architect

As an experienced Industrial Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs and requirements of clients and create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing designs for their industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using specialized software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being accurately implemented
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Provide guidance on cost-efficient materials and sustainable design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects in India or similar countries
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification process

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Vilnius (or remote)
