We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Vilnius. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavating equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other earthworks according to project specifications
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Coordinate with other workers on the construction site
- Monitor excavation progress and adjust operations as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Strong knowledge of excavator operations and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
