Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Vilnius, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent project management and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and identify any potential issues or delays

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and project management software
