Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high quality service and adherence to company standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and special promotions
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records and report to upper management on restaurant performance

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional dishes and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1400 per month
