Hotel Sales Manager



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Siauliai. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy and revenue through targeted sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Conduct sales presentations to promote the hotel's facilities, services, and packages
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract new business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage the hotel's online presence on various platforms such as social media, online travel agencies, etc.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
