Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and promoting our hotel to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the hotel industry, and the ability to work under pressure. Requirements:
- Must be Indian with proficiency in English
- Previous experience in hotel sales is preferred but not required
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with clients and maintain existing relationships through regular communication
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business agreements
- Promote the hotel through various channels such as trade shows, conferences, and online platforms
- Monitor competition and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel (e.g. marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the hotel industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
