Office Assistant - Utena, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$, suitable for English-speaking candidates from India.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoicing.
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for upper management.
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Indian nationality or experience working with Indian companies.
- Familiarity with Lithuanian labor laws and regulations.
- Experience handling visa sponsorship for employees.
