Architectural Designer

We are a leading architectural design firm in Las Vegas and we are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for both residential and commercial projects. You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively communicate your ideas through sketches, drawings, and computer-aided design software. You should also possess strong technical skills to ensure your designs are feasible and can be constructed within budget. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and can be completed within budget
- Conduct site visits to gather information and oversee construction progress
- Continuously research new materials, techniques, and trends in the architectural industry to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, visual)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with construction processes and materials
