As a Florist Assistant, you will assist with creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead florist in creating and arranging floral designs for weddings, events, and daily orders
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, and conditioning them for arrangements
- Help maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools
- Assist with customer service by taking orders, answering inquiries, and providing recommendations
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a florist or floral assistant
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing arrangements
