We are currently hiring a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency and functionality of our computer systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and experience working with various computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to enhance system performance and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes
- Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for implementation
- Create detailed documentation of system processes and procedures
- Train staff on new systems or updates to existing ones
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of various computer systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary:
$1600 per month

Location:
Akron, OH (Currently remote due to COVID but may require some on-site work)
