Construction Manager

Description: Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Eldoret. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to develop project plans
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and permits
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Eldoret, Kenya (Preference for local candidates)
