A reputable construction company in Malindi is seeking a skilled Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining structures made of brick, stone or concrete. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in masonry work and possess excellent craftsmanship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and repair brick, stone or concrete structures according to specifications
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using hand or power tools
- Lay bricks or stones in rows, patterns or shapes to create walls, arches, chimneys or other structures
- Align structures using plumb bob, levels or other equipment
- Cut and trim bricks, stones or blocks to fit specific spaces using hand tools
- Repair cracks or damage in existing structures by replacing bricks or stones as needed
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mason
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proven knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Excellent craftsmanship skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
