Plasterer - Full Time


We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in the city of Shan. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, open to individuals of any nationality with an own visa. We welcome applicants without any prior experience in the profession, as we are willing to train and develop your skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or paint
- Mix and apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or textured patterns
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster
- Ensure smooth and even coverage of plaster on surfaces
- Work efficiently and neatly to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Plasterer is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in plastering
- Own visa for working in Shan is preferred but not mandatory
