Urgent Carpenter in Mauren



We are urgently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Mauren. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials needed for each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalks or marking gauges
- Follow safety protocols when operating equipment such as saws, drills, and other power tools
- Build wooden structures such as floors, walls, roofs by cutting materials to size using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings using hand or power tools
- Inspect and maintain construction equipment to ensure they are safe and in good working condition
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians and plumbers during construction projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures
- Good physical strength and stamina with the ability to work at heights if needed
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
