Executive Chef - African Cuisine (Abu Dhabi)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our African cuisine kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. You must have a strong background in African cuisine and experience working in high-end restaurants or hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and authentic African-inspired dishes for our menu
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Manage inventory and food cost control to ensure profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of African cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes with fresh ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Salary:
1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
