We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Baker to join our bakery team in Herzliya, Israel. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high-quality baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise bakery staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Monitor production levels to meet customer demands
- Develop new product ideas to keep the menu fresh and exciting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
