Job Title: Body Repair Master

A well-established auto body repair shop in Washington is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body repair and an eye for detail, with the ability to efficiently and effectively repair all types of vehicles.

Responsibilities:
-Perform body repairs on various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs
-Identify and assess damages on vehicles
-Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repairs
-Sand, prime, and paint damaged areas
-Repair or replace damaged parts as needed
-Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet industry standards
-Work closely with other team members to complete repairs within given timeframes
-Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in auto body repair
-Knowledge of different vehicle makes and models
-Experience with frame straightening, welding, and paint matching techniques
-Ability to read and interpret repair orders and diagrams
-Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
-Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of safety procedures in an auto body shop setting
