We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team at our beautiful property in Las Vegas. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscape and gardens of our property, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly mow, edge, and water lawns to maintain a neat and healthy appearance
- Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
- Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues or diseases
- Design and implement new landscaping projects
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Clean up debris and maintain cleanliness of garden areas
- Liaise with property owners/management to ensure their satisfaction with the gardens

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees commonly found in Las Vegas
- Strong understanding of gardening techniques including pruning, fertilizing, pest control, etc.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with property owners/management
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Las Vegas (accommodation provided)
Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
