Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in Bungoma. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee quality control and address any issues that arise
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to maintain project timeline
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Manage project budgets to ensure profitability
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop contingency plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve quickly

Salary: $1700 per month. This position is suitable for men who have a strong background in construction management. English language proficiency is not required for this position. Accommodation will not be provided.
