We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality desserts and baked goods that will delight our guests. You must have a passion for pastry and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and must be familiar with the latest industry trends and techniques. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Pastry Chef to showcase their skills in a dynamic and upscale setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pastry department and ensure all desserts and baked goods are prepared to the highest standards
- Create new dessert menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of pastry cooks to maintain consistency in all dishes prepared
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry department
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure overall menu quality and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all pastry stations according to health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel
- Extensive knowledge of various dessert techniques, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Passion for creativity, innovation, attention to detail, and presentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are an asset)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays as needed

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
